Quirky and Funny Shoreditch

One of main reasons why I love London, is because of its eclecticism. Nothing is alike, everything is different and yet harmonious. Even though my absolute favorite neighborhood is Camden, I have come to discover the beautifully strange Shoreditch, next to Liverpool Street Station. The area has undergone major revitalization in the past few years and has now become one of the hippest places in the city,  especially with artists.

I recently had the chance to explore around Shoreditch a little bit, and came across two sights that struck me: one funny, one quirky. And I thought it summed up the neighborhood pretty well.

Quirky Shoreditch

Funny Shoreditch

I really suggest you make a little detour to Shoreditch and take in the artsy-indie-cool (yes that is a word) London scene. There are so many things to do there! Vintage shopping, pub crawling, curryhouse tasting, art gallery hopping. There IS something for everyone.

Have you been to Shoreditch? What’s your favorite thing to do in the neighborhood?

I’ve been in Shoreditch quite often and found it one of the best markets in London as youa can find everything you need even the most odd and strange stuff! Well…to be honest it’s a bigg too expensive but there’a re very high quality stuff that’s worth spending a bit more than usual!
