10 quirky places in London

I found this video the other way while I was trying to get my daily London fix. And I thought it was just too good not to share! This is just another proof that London was always, and will always be full of surprises.

Here’s the rundown of the quirky places in London:

  • Arcadia Works in Camden
  • New London Architecture in Bloomsbury
  • Hyde Park in Kensington
  • The Shunt club at London Bridge (sadly it closed in 2010)
  • Traffic light tree in Canary Wharf
  • Trafalgar Square
  • Vauxhall Bridge
  • The Wellcome Collection in Bloomsbury
  • Old Kent Road in Bermondsey
  • The OXO Tower in Southwark
  • The castle pubs in Camden

I think my favorite has to be the traffic light tree, and the OXO Tower - both very innovative and original in their own right! There are so many new things on my to-do list now. I must remedy to that!

Have you been to any of these unusual places? What was your favorite? Do you have other quirky places to recommend?
